on-sight coordination and implementation of security and security related issues at
churches, special events and functions.
Our comprehensive procedural check ensures that all details for your security needs
are addressed. From the first contact with the staff to the last exit after the event, we
are committed to be present and aware, and ready to enlist the aid of the local police,
FBI and other enforcement agencies as needed.
This includes surveying the clients needs and expectations, reviewing policy,
orientation of geographical site place, locating information centers, identifying
problem or special need areas, evaluating current security situation and determining
desired level of security, overseeing arrival and departure of guard staff, supervising
operations of security addressing emergencies promptly with a pre-established
protocol, maintaining efficiency, integrity and conduct with local and federal law
enforcement and emergency personnel as needed, securing the premises to protect
staff, guest and property, and preparing and reporting any incidents or problems to
the client.

The goal of the Metropolitan Security & Investigation is focused on developing
strategies and programs to include prevention, intervention, and enforcement. We
want to develop professional qualifications for frontline and management security
personnel. Also develop guidelines for recruiting, training, supervising, and
evaluating MSI security personnel on an on-going basis.
All MSI Security Agents/ Officers must be fully aware of the ethical responsibilities of
their position and must strive constantly to live up to the highest possible standards.
The MSI Security Agents/Officers acts as an official representative of the Metropolitan
Security & Investigation, its policies, By-laws and guidelines.
The fundamental duties of an MSI Security Agent/Officer includes first and foremost
serving the client; safeguarding lives and property; protecting the innocent; and
keeping the peace.
An MSI Security Agent/Officer performs all duties impartially, without favor or ill will.
Everyone will be treated equally with courtesy, consideration and dignity. MSI
Security Agents/Officers never allow personal feelings, animosities or friendships to
influence official conduct. Laws will be enforced appropriately and courteously and,
in carrying out their responsibilities, agents will strive to obtain maximum
cooperation from the public. Agents will conduct themselves in appearance and
deportment in such a manner as to inspire confidence and respect for the position of
public trust they hold.
